Permanent SEND Nanny recruitment: £800 + VAT deposit (credited toward your placement fee)

Designed for families seeking a full-time or part-time permanent SEND nanny.

 

What’s included:
  • Structured family intake
  • Candidate screening and vetting
  • SEND Nanny profiles + introductions
  • Supported trial placement
  • If the placement doesn't work out within the first 4 weeks of your nanny starting, we'll carry out one replacement search at no additional fee.
  • Once you've made your hire, your total placement fee is 15% of your nanny's annual salary, your £800 deposit is fully credited toward this, so you're never paying twice
  • Matching guided by the SteadySteps SEND Fit Standard (typically 2-8 weeks depending on complexity and candidate availability)
  • SEND nanny fees are paid separately and directly to your nanny. Typical rates range from £18-£25+ per hour (gross)
  • You remain your nanny's employer, while we support you through the hiring process and provide access to discounted payroll services through our trusted partner.
